Our Policies
Cancellations
When booking a service at Fleur De Lis Massage & Bodywork, our cancellation policy requires a credit card number to hold your reservation. In order for us to provide all our clients with the highest quality service, Fleur De Lis Massage & Bodywork asks that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% late cancellation charge. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Fleur De Lis Massage & Bodywork has reserved the service time for you and therefore have had to decline other customer offers for that particular service time . Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment with us to fill out the appropriate massage intake forms.
When To Arrive
To make the most of your massage experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out our intake forms and discuss your appointment, expectations and preferences.
Gratuities
A customary gratuity of 15-25% of the total amount of your bill before discounts of your bill is the usual recommended amount when tipping massage therapists at Fleur De Lis Massage & Bodywork. Gratuities are never expected but are accepted.
